Through the form we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode, the roof problem you chose and any note. A phone call gives us your number and a recording. Our hosting keeps ordinary technical logs.

We use your details so that a roofer can contact you about the job you asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you asked for help, and passing your details on is how it reaches you.

Calls to 01295 239714 are recorded, and you hear a message saying so before you are put through. Recordings help us check quality and sort out disputes, and our phone provider stores them.

Google Analytics only starts if you choose “Accept analytics”. It counts visits, the pages you view, taps on the phone number and which problem a sent form picked. It never receives your name, number, email or postcode. If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_HFR1F1S4R3, which last up to two years. Choose “No thanks” and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is kept in your browser's own storage, not in a cookie.

Your enquiry goes to the one roofer we pass it to, who is then responsible for how they use it. HighLevel holds our customer records, calls and texts, Cloudflare hosts this site and, if you accept analytics, Google receives the visit data. Some of these firms store data in the US, where transfers rely on the UK-US data bridge or the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. Email us for details. We never sell your details.

We delete enquiries and call recordings after 24 months, unless we need them longer for a complaint or legal claim.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
